5 Lug Wheel and Tire to Replace 4.80-8 with Higher Speed Rating

I currently have 4.80-8 tires and believe the speed rating is 65 mph. I have a very light trailer but wondering what larger tire would give me a higher speed rating for interstate roads?

For a 5 lug wheel and tire with a higher speed rating the part # AM31202 would work great that has a tire size of ST145/R12.
