How to Get a Replacement Black Adjustable Vent For the Advent Air Distribution Box
Question:
I purchased this ceiling unit years ago and just recently noticed that I had a rat living inside it. He chewed the black plastic adjustable vent so that he could get in and out. I was wondering if there is a way to replace the two plastic air flow vents with new ones. I’d hate to have to buy a whole new unit just for a cheap piece of plastic. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about your rat problem, I'm happy to hear you were able to discover it before the damage was even worse. Unfortunately, we do not have the black adjustable vent portion as a replacement part.
The only way that we have it available is as part of the Air Distribution Box w/ Built-In Thermostat # ACDB.
