We have two tires that is capable of that speed. The first is the Taskmaster 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire # TA26RR, which is a wheel and tire combo. It has a speed rating of M for 81 mph. It also has a maximum load of 1,045 lbs at 80 psi so it will be able to handle either of the weight specs you gave me.
The other is the Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C. This also has a speed rating of M and a slightly higher maxim load of 1,050 lbs at 80 psi. The radial is the superior tire but it comes at a higher cost when compared to the # TA26RR.
