For a hitch to tow your nuCamp T@B 320 with you 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854. This is a Class III hitch with a 4,000 lb max trailer weight that is also capable of using weight distribution if you need it. It has a matte black powder coat finish, bolt-on installation, and limited lifetime warranty.
For wiring, you can use the Curt # C56331. This plugs into the connection points behind your tail lights for installation. Since it looks like you have electric brakes you will also need the # ETBC7 to upgrade to a 7-way connection. You will also need a brake controller like the # RED24FR. The main unit installs behind the dash so only the control knob will be visible in the cab of your van. The # RED69FR will also be required for installation.
In order to complete your setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
