Hi, would you know if your stealth hitch for a 2023 Model 3 would work with the Tesla Model X/Y ORM Bike Rack?

Yes, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391TES317 you reference will work just fine with the Model X/Y bike rack.

I quickly checked out this rack to get a better idea, and Tesla states it's compatible with both 1 1/4" and 2" hitches, so with this being a 2" hitch you'll have no issues.
