Do Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Systems Require A Frame Support

Question:

I have a travel trailer and we all know how cheaply they are built. My frame has cracks from its original tandem axles. Wont the timbren Axle system crack my frame even worst, being independently mounted without braces that extend all the way across to the other frame to support as does a full axle system does with its axle tube?

Timbren has stipulations in place that state if you install the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w/ Idler Hubs # A20RS545 in an area where there isn't a crossmember in frame that you'll need to install a 2" x 2" steel tube in the slot I have pictured below to help support the frame. Without a crossmember in the frame or a tube installed in these slots you would be placing more stress on the frame and could damage it further.
