Can I Put The Thule Force Cargo Box On A 2019 Mini Cooper Clubman With Factory Rails

Yes, you can absolutely put the Thule Force XT # TH6357B on top of your 2019 Mini Cooper Clubman with the factory rails. All you will need is a set of crossbars. For that I recommend the Thule Wingbar roof rack which consists of the following parts.

Crossbars - # TH711420
Feet - # TH710501
Fit Kit - # TH145006
Locks - # TH450400 (these are optional but highly recommended)

That will be everything you need to be able to install a cargo box like the Thule Force # TH6357B.

With this cargo box, in order for the hatch to fully open, there must be at least 47-1/2" between the front crossbar, and the line where the roof and hatch meet. With the Thule roof rack, you do have a bit of front/back adjustability, but on a smaller car like a mini it may be a factor. I would take your measurement, then open the hatch very carefully at first, just to be safe.
