Yes, it will but you may need a spacer. The reason I say may is most 3" lifts are not 3" in the rear. If your 2013 Toyota Tacoma has less than a 2" lift in the back then all you will need is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL49DQ. If it is 2" or more, in the rear end, you will want the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers item # AL52420.

I recommend adding the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System item # AL25980 to your truck. This single path onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
