How To Install AirLift 1000 Helper Springs And Spacers For 2004 Jeep TJ With 2 Inch Lift

Question:

I have a 2004 Jeep TJ with an ARB 2inch lift kit. I brought the AirLift 1000 Helper Springs, part # AL60811, for the rear. and also spacers, part # AL52420, right now I have a problem: 1. Should I install the spacer under or upper side of the airbag? Do i still need to use the rubber spacer that comes with the airbag kits? 2. Could I use the stock bump stop instead of the spacer? thank you very much !!

When installing the AirLift 1000 Helper Springs # AL60811, you want to install the spacers at the bottom of the air bag. The original spacer that is included in your kit will be used in combination with the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift # AL52420. You will be removing the factory bump stop as that is not needed anymore and the air bag kit will take its place. Looking at the picture you attached, B is the correct configuration. I also attached an installation video that may help you out.
