Class II Hitches Available for 2014 Ford Escape
Question:
is this hitch available with 1-1/4 reciever??
asked by: Howie S
Expert Reply:
Draw-Tite offers a very similar hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver, part # 36524.
If you would prefer a Class II hitch that would be less visible at the rear of the vehicle, you might be interested in the # 36529 or the # 90230 that includes a drawbar.
If you will be towing, you will also need the trailer wiring harness, part # 118566 and the appropriately-sized trailer ball, # 19256 for a 1-/78 inch ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball.
I have linked you to some installation videos you might find helpful.
