Do the 63inch rails work for this style cap or do they need to be cut? Also what is the difference between vortex and aero rhino parts? Its a Leer cap.

Based on your bed length and camper shell type the Rhino Rack Camper Shell Roof Rack setup part # Y02-480B would work but there's a chance you might need to trim down the tracks as they are right at 5-1/4 feet in length.

There is no difference between Rhino Rack aero and Vortex crossbars as they are the same thing.

In order to install a rack on top of a fiberglass tonneau cover you can use the Rhino-Rack #Y02-480B which comes with everything that you need including the adjustable tracks which allow you to get the exact crossbar spread you need.
