For the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR an E1 Code is indicating an ignition failure or accidental flame off during ignition. If your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater is not receiving enough LP pressure, the ignition function would fail and display an E1 error.

Did you check the fuse for the Fogatti water heater? I'd try pulling that to check it and if nothing else that will reset the water heater. It's item 26 and is highlighted in the attached picture.
