No on a brake-lite-relay kit but you might need a stop light switch, it depends on your truck. I checked with Roadmaster and they said, If the brake lights do not work with your Silverado's ignition key turned to the "tow" position, then you need a brake light switch kit to provide a signal to the supplemental braking system. They recommend using the Roadmaster Universal Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM-751000.

Some other parts you will need to flat tow your 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 are listed below along with any installation videos we may have:

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar item # RM-422 and item # RM-653

Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM98VR

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267

Battery Disconnect Kit - Roadmaster Battery Disconnect item # RM-766 for gas trucks or item # RM93MR for diesel engines

Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.
