I have a 2005 Ford F250, I have a BandW turnover ball but it is missing the end plates to mount to the frame, with this setup fit my 2005 F250

The correct B and W Turnoverball rail kit for a 2005 Ford F-250 is actually the part # BWGNRM1108. The kit you mentioned fits newer Ford trucks.
