I have a bandw hitch out of 07 dodge 3500 can I buy rails and use the center part of my existing hitch

Yes, you certainly can use the center section of the B&W gooseneck in your new vehicle. You would just need a rail kit specific to your vehicle. I see you were searching for parts for a 2002 Ford F-250. The correct rail/install kit for that truck is the # BWGNRM1108. I have linked our install video below if you want to take a look.
