For your application I recommend checking out the B&W Tow and Stow ball mount with 3 hitch balls. This comes ready to fit a 2" or 2-1/2" receiver and has some different height adjustments but for your setup the 7" Drop/7.5" Rise should be a good option for you:

- 2" Receiver # BWTS10049B
- 2-1/2" Receiver # BWTS20049B
