Replacement For Ram 12000 Series Jack With no Detent Ball Replacement

I have 12000 series trailer Jack . Gears are ok . It won’t stay in high speed or low speed . Springs and detent balls are not working and missing/ fell out inside gear box cover . Will replacement cover with the shaft have those detent balls and springs ??

It will not; there are no replacement detent balls available unfortunately so you'll need to replace your 12000 Series jack with the Square 2-Speed Jack # TJD2SP-12000SP-F.

We have a replacement gear box for the #TJD2SP-12000SP-F with the part #TJD2SP-12900-GBX. The part #12900 is the same as the 12000.
