Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2024 Subaru Outback Wagon

I will be purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback, and will be adding an OEM hitch. Which size hitch should I have installed for the BEST fit ? Thank you, very much.

For your soon to be 2024 Subaru Outback, I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR.
This is a class III (2") hitch so just about any hitch mounted accessories will fit into this receiver, has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500-lbs, a maximum tongue weight of 350-lbs, and has a bolt-on installation using the supplied hardware.
I will say however that no matter which hitch you ultimately go with, you're going to have to remove the bumper/fascia and there will need to be some trimming required as well.
If you plan on towing with your vehicle you're also going to need a wiring harness # C56040.
