I have a pontoon bunk trailer with 3w x 5inch tall framing. Are there any guideon brackets / systems that will accommodate this size of trailer frame?

While we don't have a kit/system that will fit your 3" wide x 5" tall frame we do have a set of extra of long u-bolts that will work with the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons item # CE27600 you were looking at. They are the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit for Boat Trailer Guide-Ons item # CE11416. These extra long u-bolts are exactly what you will need to accommodate your larger trailer frame.

Due to the nature of pontoon boat trailers and the fact that pontoon guides like the part #CE27671 mount vertically and not horizontally you want shorter guides. Check out the picture I attached for more info.
