4 Bike Rack Recommendation for Use at Rear of Motorhome and Flat Towed Ford F-150
Question:
I need a bike rack for 4 bikes. It needs to be rated for a class a motorhome and a ford f150 toad. Both are 2” receiver hitches. Could you email me recommendations?

For a platform bike rack that can carry up to 4 bikes the Hollywood Racks Destination part # HR4000 is a really nice bike rack that is at a really great price. It's really easy to use and surprisingly lightweight for a 4-bike rack at a more reasonable price. Normally 4 bike platform racks are super expensive and weight quite a bit which is their biggest downsides. This rack weighs 42 lbs whereas most platform racks are almost double that. This to me is the clear winner.
The other style of bike rack to consider is the hanging bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR. The upsides for this type of rack is that they typically cost less, weigh less and are smaller to store. This racks weighs right around 37 lbs and is similar in price to the Destination I mentioned. This rack will also be quite a bit harder to load and will be harder to prevent bikes from hitting each other on the highway.
Both of these racks are rated for use at the rear of a motorhome and a truck that's being flat towed. To see all of the RV approved 4 bike racks we carry check out the link I attached.
