I have a 2018 F150 with a factory Class 3. Your curt class 4 says with factory hitch. Does that mean I dont have to remove it to install yours? Thank you

You are correct. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C26HR will mount below the factory hitch on your 2018 Ford F-150. So you will have two 2" receivers on the rear of your F-150 with the curt receiver installed. You are still able to use the factory receiver if needed.
