Trailer Hitch Wiring For 2020 BMW X1 For Towing

I have to tow a Uhaul trailer and have a hitch, but the hitch doesnt have wiring for the trailers brake/turn lights to plug into. Are there any wireless systems I could use to avoid having to run new wiring since this is a one-time towing need? Thanks a lot.

I can understand not wanting to install trailer wiring on your 2020 BMW X1 for just a single use, but there isn't a wireless wiring system (as cool as that would be). So you'll have to use standard trailer wiring, the Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236.
