For your 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500HD extended cab short bed the Torklift Camper tie downs part # TLC4203 and # TLC3209 are the best option. Frame mounted tie downs are a lot more secure and provide a much more stable driving experience too since the bed doesn't sway side to side like the bed mounted options.
