I would anticipate at some point Rhino Rack releasing a flush bar style roof rack that fits your 2023 Toyota RAV4 with flush rails but at this point all we have that is that style is the Thule Wingbar Edge roof rack part # TH89FE, # TH29SC, # TH78RE.
