Unfortunately we do not currently have a tailgate assist confirmed to fit a 2006 Toyota Tundra. That being said, we do have the Hopkins EasyLift Truck Bed Tailgate Lift Assist # 74211 that's a universal-fit design. This would require you to drill into the tailgate and truck bed to install. I've attached a short video below where Rob will show you this assist in use.
