Possibly, but we don't have anything specific for a Load Star tow dolly or know what size brakes it needs so you'll need to check a few things. One is the weight capacity you need, the other is the size of the drum, and another is the brake flange bolt pattern.

For example, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA are for 3,500 lb axles, measure 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide (so that is the drum size they fit in) and fit a 4-bolt mounting flange that has bolt holes which measure 2-7/8" apart on center. They would also require Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B.
