For your 2001 Ford Pleasure Way Excel TB on a Ford E-350 Chassis you'll need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-178. For the front you would need the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-115.
