2007 Toyota tundra crewmax 5.7 limited with factory hitch. Can part# c15398 be installed if I purchase Toyota bumper support bracket?? And keep stock bumper

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15398 is designed for a 2007 Toyota Tundra without factory hitch. I cannot confirm fit on models with the factory hitch. That said, if you were to do so you'd likely need different bumper brackets or a new bumper altogether. In order to confirm this you'd need to reach out to the dealer.
