Recommended Base Plate Kit for a 2017 Ford F-150 that is Compatible w/ a Roadmaster Tow Bar

Im looking for base plate to work with my roadmaster all terrain tow bar. I have a 2017 Ford F150.

I am guessing by Roadmaster All Terrain tow bar you have one of the following:

Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain item # RM-576

Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain item # RM-676

Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain item # RM-422

If you have one of these tow bars you will need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-524431-5. I have linked an installation video below. If you do not have one of these tow bars I would need to see a picture of what you have or a part number. Roadmaster labels all their new tow bars all terrain.

Here are the rest of the parts you will need to flat tow your truck:

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267

Charge Line - Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25

Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. Yes, it does. The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness item #RED52VR does have a manual feature that engages your trailer's brakes. You just push in the control knob and hold it down.
