Troubleshooting No Power to RVS Camera System

I have a rvs 770718 cable and a rvs770123 mirror. I can’t get the camera to show on the mirror. How should the cable be wired to provide power to the system?

I don't know the wiring pinout for the RVS monitor and camera systems but I can say that the connectors that come with the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-770718 are only designed to fit one way so you can't really mess up where the pins come in contact with each other.

What I recommend doing is taking a circuit tester and making sure your power connection that you spliced into is actually producing power. This should be labeled on your wiring harness but if it isn't, it looks like RVS uses a red wire for power.

Another possible issue is that I couldn't find that monitor part number anywhere so it may be a compatibility issue.
