I have a 2012 Ram Club Cab. The OEM mirrors have puddle lamps and built in turn signals. Will these mirrors fit?

I spoke with my contact at Longview about your 2012 Dodge Ram with puddle lamps and turn signals on your mirrors. The Custom Towing Mirrors, part # LVT-3100C is a fit for your truck. My contact said they will work with the puddle lamps and turn signals in the same housing. I have attached a photo of a mirror installed on a 2009 Dodge Ram. Since the 2009 and the 2012 are from the same generation, there should be little difference in the mirrors. The 2009 actually belongs to one of my co-workers and he told me that the # LVT-3100C mirrors actually do block some of the puddle lamp / turn signals.

Another alternative I recommend is the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, part # 11650. This installs very easily and extends out 17 inches for maximum vision when towing. My co-worker installed these as well and said he likes the function of these even though they may not be quite as nice looking as the Longview mirrors. I have attached a diagram of the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors Driver and Passenger Side item #LV97RR dimensions. The actual mirror is 4 1/2" x 5 1/2".
