Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover and Ladder Rack For a 1999 Chevrolet K1500 Extended Cab Short Bed

I have a 1999 Chevy k1500 z71, classic model 3 door extended cab. The truck bed is 6.6 feet long. I am looking for a soft rollup tonneau cover that fits inside the bed and is rack compatible. Will this cover work? If so, what rack system would be compatible? Thanks.
