I would like to know if you sell Bike rack. I need for a single ebike, it weighs 65 pounds and the tires are thick, size 20X3.0

The max weight a 1-bike rack can carry is 60 lbs, so you'll have to get a 2-bike rack. There is an option that has the capacity you need, and will work with your 20 inch wheels and 3 inch wide tires. The rack is from Swagman, and is the following part number:
