Recommended Flat Towing Set Up for a 2012 Honda CR-V EX

Greetings - I have a 2012 Honda CR-V EX and am considering getting the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Item # RM-521567-4 and matching it with the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2inch Ball -Item # RM-501. Are those two items a match and are they a good fit for my toad. It appears they items will work together but I would like confirmation before I place my order. Thanks for your help!
