It sounds like you're looking for a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter for your trailer. More than likely the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3100 will fit your 2015 Keystone Cougar 333MKS.
First, make sure you have a standard or extended pin box that is no longer than 24" (measured diagonally) and 5-6" of clearance between the overhang of the trailer and the top of the siderails of your truck. Once this is done, you will need one more measurement which you can get by following the steps listed below.
1. Back your truck into position as if you were hooking up your fifth-wheel trailer, making sure that the truck and trailer are level.
2. Measure from the pin plate (the bottom of the pin box) down to the top of the ball in the bed of your truck.
3. The measurement should fall between 11-3/4" and 14-3/4". (The adapter is 11-3/4" tall when fully compressed and 14-3/4" tall when fully extended.)
Assuming you fall into this range, you will be able to use the Andersen adapter on your Keystone Cougar.
