Does Bestop make a drivers side TrekStep? I need it to step up so I can reach the 5th wheel levers in the bed.

Bestop does have the Bestop TrekStep # BE34UV that is confirmed to fit your 2021 Ford F-250. This is just the passenger as they no longer sell just a single driver step or kit with both sides.
