Yes, you will be able to tow a Airstream Bambi 16 with your 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro using the parts you have listed.
etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e45ZR
Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236
7-Way RV Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L
Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180
You will have 2 power wires running to your battery, I recommend using some Wire Loom # 7509-1 to clean up the wiring and protect it from damage. You should also use a weight distribution hitch like the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET. This will help to distribute the tongue weight of the Bambi across your Telluride so you do not experience rear sag which causes light steering and diminished braking. The Equal-i-zer also works to prevent trailer sway which is typically caused by strong winds when driving on highways.
