Best Class I and II Bike Rack for E-Bikes

Question:

I have a 2014 Honda Accord with a 1.25 class 1 hitch. Will this rack work on this model of Honda? Will it have the weight capacity for 2 ebikes that weigh 55 pounds each? Will it have the necessary clearance? I anticipate getting a new vehicle in the near future. Will it work on a 2023 Honda Accord? Will it work on a 2023 Honda CRV? I already have a couple of bike racks and want this to be the last one I buy.

Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT item # TH903202 will definitely work with your Accord's 1-1/4" class I hitch. This bike rack is our highest capacity option for cars with either class I or class II hitches. It has a 65 lbs capacity per bike so you'll have more than enough ability with the EasyFold.

As far as clearance goes the shank of the Thule EasyFold XT item # TH903202 has a 6" rise. This should be plenty of clearance for daily driving and backing out of a standard driveway. If you have a driveway with a large slope you may have some issues and would want to verify you have the proper clearance.

As far as future compatibility with a newer Accord or any other vehicle this bike rack can be the last one you ever have to purchase. The EasyFold fits every hitch from Class I, II, and III. It will fit all 1-1/4" and 2" hitches without requiring the purchase of additional adaptors. This bike rack weighs 50 lbs.

I have linked a review video below so you can check out all of the functions.
