If you are looking for an upgrade, I recommend going with an electric jack like the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg # SC63VR.
I know the price tag is a bit intimidating but I think if you're using your jack and trailer enough, the amount of time saved from winding up and down is well worth it. This jack has a 23" lift height, a 4,500-lbs capacity, and features a super easy, bolt-on installation.
Or
If you'd prefer to stick with a manual jack, then the Pro Series Square Jack with Footplate # PS1400800383 is a great choice.
This jack has a lift height of 28-5/8", a maximum weight capacity of 5,000-lbs, and has a topwind handle which has provides an easy, ergonomic design for easy cranking.
I've attached a few videos on these jacks for you to check out as well.
