Based on the design of the Native Watercraft Titan Propel 10.5 you will want something with bunks. I recommend the Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer # MAL73FR. This is designed for a single kayak up to 14' long with a maximum boat weight capacity of 225 lbs so it will easily be able to handle your kayak. The trailer itself weighs 145 lbs, comes with a 2" coupler, and a 5 year warranty.
