The trailer wiring harness I recommend for a 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT because it's the only option which does not splice into the vehicle. Instead, it uses clamp on sensors that don't actually pierce the wire so it won't void any warranties and it can be removed easily reverting the vehicle back to stock. The other options all require splicing which is fine if you want to save some money but there is a level of modifying needed which can't be reversed. That said, if you are okay with this I recommend the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236.
