Can A Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier Be Used With A Front Mount Hitch On A 2011 GMC Sierra
Question:
Will this cargo carrier work on the front of my truck with a 2” receiver mounted?

Yes, you can use the Flint Hill Goods Hitch Mounted Aluminum Cargo Carrier # FHG59ZR with your front mount hitch on your 2011 GMC Sierra. There will be a few things you should be aware of though. A loaded cargo carrier can reduce driver visibility, block the vehicle's lights, and reduce airflow to the motor. If the cargo is properly secured then you will not have to worry about that aspect of it.
Another option would be to use the Multi Purpose Ball Mount # D210. Using this ball mount will allow you to tow a trailer and use the cargo carrier at the same time, you will just need to be wary of the tongue weight aspect of your trailer and cargo carrier and make sure it doesn't exceed the tongue weight rating.
I linked a review video below going into further detail on the cargo carrier. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you.
