You'll want to look at the weight rating sticker at the front of your trailer for that info. On e of the numbers should say what the empty weight is of the trailer, one should say what the load capacity is, and one should have the "GVWR" which is how much the weight of the trailer and its cargo can be at max.

Some people will look at the sticker on the middle of the axle which is a good way to estimate the load rating if your trailer doesn't have that sticker on the tongue for whatever reason. This can be helpful, but it isn't as precise. For example, your trailer could have either a 2,000 lb axle like part # e32GR or a 3,500 lb axle like part # e65GR but the likely limiting factor is the strength of the trailer frame which is built into that GVWR number.
