In order to add a trailer connector to your 2022 Ford E-Series Cutaway you'll want to use the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets part # HM40975-11998 which is a complete kit that comes with everything you need from the wiring harness to the trailer connector and mounting bracket. It also contains both 4 and 7-way trailer connection points. I have attached an install video for you that shows how to get it installed. Unfortunately, there are no plug and play options for this so you will need to do a bit of splicing.
In order to add a trailer brake controller, you'd simply need a brake controller and an adapter harness. I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 with Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3034-P which makes for a plug and play install. I have attached an install video on this for you as well.
