What effect does the Anderson 3200 have on weight distribution on a short bed f250 when the hitch is rotated towards the rear of the truck?

Pin weight distribution actually doesn't change when using the Andersen Ultimate # AM3200 in the offset forward or rear position. The pin weight is still squarely on the two fifth wheel rails which do not change in either configuration so it will be exact same.

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System #AM3200 secures to your king pin with bolts so that the only pivot point is the gooseneck ball, on which the aluminum block adapter will then rotate. Please see the linked photo.
