The only base plates that are compatible with a Ready Brute Elite tow bar are made by Blue Ox and they require the use of the item # BX88297 base plate adapter.
To add a base plate kit to your 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid you will want the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU55XR. This baseplate kit is custom fit and has removeable arms which not only provide a sturdy attachment point but also leave a clean factory look when they are removed.
As far as the height of a the base plate compared to your Ready Brute Elite tow bar, you don't really have another option but I can help you. The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
