Does Air Dam get Permanently Removed to Install Base Plates on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
I haven`t yet started, just looking at the instructions. In one photo it shows two arrows pointing to the two attachment points behind the air dam. do you reach behind and undo them or what? Thanks

Looking at the installation instructions for base plates # RM-521448-5 you will need to remove the air damn, trim it according to the instructions, and then reinstall it. Trimming is needed for proper installation of the base plates.
