Trailer Hitch and Wiring Needed for a 2022 Ford E-350 Van
Question:
hello, im looking to install a hitch reciver onto a 2022 and 2023 ford e350 van for a school district. i cant seem to find anything for the e350. i was wondering if they are the same exact frame as an f350 with diffrent towing capacitys. will the f350 reciver mach up with the e350 frame and fit the same? also, i was wondering which hitch reciver i will need. thank you

It looks like the 2022 Ford E-350 doesn't have an exact fit trailer hitch so you'll need to install a universal hitch like the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # C47CR and then universal wiring like the 4-Way # 119178KIT or 7-Way # 22551. This isn't really ideal but it's the only way to get a hitch on your vans.
Unfortunately the hitches designed for an F-350 frame won't work with an E-350 van frame so this is all going to be custom work that needs to be done.
