Yes, the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 and Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 would be compatible with your 2008 Jeep Wrangler.

That being said, I'm not a big fan of the plug in diode kits like the # HM56200 because they tend to be wear out quicker and have way more issues than a splice-in diode kit. It can definitely seem scary cutting into the wiring but a splice-in kit like the # RM-15267 is the best way to go to prevent the headache of troubleshooting wiring down the road.

The # SM99251 is designed for use with motorhomes that have hydraulic brakes so you would need to double check the braking system of your motorhome first. If you have air brakes you'll just need the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motor Homes with Air Brakes # SM99243.

To flat tow your wrangler you'll also need a baseplate, tow bar, and safety cables. If you haven't purchased these components already then I have the following recommendations:

Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1429-3. These were designed to fit standard factory bumpers, if you have an aftermarket bumper then let me know and I can find the correct fit for you.

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with an adjustable head and shank to help keep it level between your motorhome and vehicle without the need of a high/low adapter. It also comes with safety cables included so that you don't have to purchase those separately.

Since the battery needs to be disconnected I highly recommend installing the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766 to make it as easy as pressing a button.

I've attached some videos below that will walk you through the installation process so you can complete these at home.
