Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2015 Ford F-350 w/ Factory Prep Package

Question:

I have a 2015 F350. I tow many things. I am looking to upgrade my toy hauler/travel trailer to a 5th wheel. I have the OEM plugsinch for a 5th wheel hitch. This is a whole new word to me. Is this like a plug and play system? Or is there some drilling involved. I tried YouTube but not getting the information I need. Where do I start to look on what type of stuff I need. I hate going to RV lots inch for help. I know this is something I can do I just am looking for some direction. Thanks in advance!

If your Ford F-350 has the factory prep package with the pucks in the bed then all you will need to tow a 5th wheel trailer is a 5th wheel hitch. For this I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3305.

The legs of the B&W Companion drop right into the pucks of the prep package. This system is quick to install and provides a secure anchor point that will allow you to pull both standard and rotating pin boxes. There is zero drilling involved.

B&W makes the best hitches in the towing business. This hitch has a 25,000 lbs capacity and 1" thick dual jaws. The dual jaws provide 360-degree contact that will give you a more secure and comfortable towing experience.

If you don't need that high of a capacity B&W also offers a 20,000 lbs Companion. It is item # BWRVK3300.

If you have the 6-3/4' bed you will want to use a sliding hitch for tight turns. If this is the case you will want the B&W Companion Slider item # BWRVK3370.

I have linked a couple of videos below along with some pictures to help you understand the process. If you have any more questions please feel free to email them to me.
